The two-act ballet fantasy Anna Pavlova - the Swan of the Russian Ballet, tells a story of the great Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. Reflects selected pages of art of the great ballerinas and dancers, who approved the authority of the Russian Imperial Ballet to take a prominent spot on the world stage, during the Russian Seasons in Paris in 1909. The performance shows the best roles that the great Russian ballerina danced, performed by soloists and ballet dancers of the State Academic Dance Theatre of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the direction of the People's Artist of Kazakhstan Bulat Ayukhanov.

Act I - Rehearsal hall of the Mariinsky Imperial Theatre, where the teacher and choreographer Enrico Chechetti. As well as Mikhail Fokin, who in the final of Act I, composes the famous "Swan" to the music of C. Saint-Saëns for Annushka, as he called her.

Act II - Performers of all roles dance fragments on stage from various ballets of the 19th and early 20th centuries, performances and numbers in which Anna Pavlova herself has shone. The ballet audience will recognize Vaclav Nijinsky, Pavel Gerdt, Mikhail Mordkin and Lavrenty Novikov (all partners of Anna Pavlova), Matilda Kshesinskaya, Tamara Karsavina, Agrippina Vaganova and Maria Surovschikova-Petipa in the roles that have made them brilliant stars of the Russian ballet. Act II finale Anna closes with a brilliant miniature swan in a magnificent white bird costume. This is the apotheosis of Russian ballet.

Artists have subtly captured the style of the era in which the great masters of Russian ballet have worked, revived the transitions from one scene to another.

The culture of gesture, the gallantry of the artists, a genuine love for ballet - all this was focused on something more than a festival of dance, revived by the art of our performers.

Russian ballet has found its homeland in various parts of the world and has become a model for modern artists to achieve brilliant peaks.
