Davis Cup 2020. Kazakhstan - Netherlands

The Davis Cup is the largest international team event in men's tennis with more than a century of history. It has been held annually since 1900 and it has been held under the auspices of the International Tennis Federation since 1979. Since 2019 - in a new format, in which the World Group, consisting of 18 national teams, plays the main trophy within one week at the end of the season. Cup’s current owner is Spain’s national team.

Kazakhstan's men's national team repeatedly went to the quarter finals of this prestigious tournament, beating such teams as: Czech Republic (2011), Austria (2013), Belgium (2014), Italy (2015), and Switzerland (2018).

Kazakhstan will be represented at the cup by Mikhail Kukushkin, Alexander Nedovesov, Andrey Golubev, Dostanbek Tashbulatov, Grigory Lomakin, Anna Danilina, Gozal Ainitdinova, Ekaterina Dmitrichenko, Daria Detkovskaya and Zhibek Kulambaeva.

The total prize fund is $ 215,000.
