Rage is a German heavy metal band, formed in 1984 by Peter "Peavy" Wagner. They were part of the German heavy/speed/power metal scene to emerge in the early to mid-1980s, along with bands such as Helloween, Running Wild, Blind Guardian and Grave Digger. Rage was formed in 1984 under the name Avenger. 

They tour regularly around the world and performs at the world's biggest rock festivals such as Waken Open Air, Barcelona Rock Fest, Monsters of Rock, Hellfest and others.

For the first time in Almaty, a week-long festival of modern and classical ballet Ballet Globe will be held with a large-scale program of plays and performances by individual artists.
